ION Office
Ever since its establishment in Waregem in 2011, ION has experienced significant growth, leading to the opening of a new office in the heart of Brussels in 2018. Following their successful bid for the Boerentoren project in Antwerp in 2020, the company recognized the necessity for an office presence in Antwerp as well.
As POLO was collaborating with ION on multiple housing projects already, we were able to promptly provide guidance and assistance in setting up workplaces for approximately 15 staff members, along with multiple meeting rooms for clients and employees.
This new Antwerp office, strategically located within the Ring Road near the Singel, was conceived to reflect ION's brand identity and the aesthetic of its HQ in Waregem. Oak wood veneer was utilized for the walls, claustras were constructed using wooden ribs, black tiles were chosen for the kitchen walls, and high-quality loose furniture with nude tones adorned the meeting rooms. Additionally, black accents were incorporated into the door fittings.
